Sunday Worship

Worship is the practical outworking
of what we believe. It is structured so that as many people
as possible can find a useful expression of worship to
God.
Our faith is in the Holy Spirit to work
through ancient and new expressions alike - he inspires the
reading and explanation of the scriptures with the relevant
application for our lives.
The expectation is that those who participate
do so because they wish their lives to change for the better.
This in turn will make a difference in the world.
We sing, pray, read, listen and obey!
Sunday Morning
Our morning service starts at 10.30am and
usually finishes around 12pm. Most Sundays,
the kids and young people will leave us after a while to
go to their own Sunday School groups. We have lots of families
and a range of ages in the morning and we enjoy worshipping
God together! Refreshments are served after the service so
that we can all have the opportunity of getting to know each
other better.
Sunday Evening
Our evening service is often a little different
to the morning and is a chance to employ varied expressions
of our worship to God. We start at 6.20pm and usually finish
around 8.00pm.
Most weeks, our evening service takes
the form of a time of worship and praise where
we sing, pray, read the scriptures and focus on God. Our minister will then preach. Refreshments are served after the service so
that we can all have the opportunity of getting to know each
other better.
